Rainbow is such a funny thing – whenever I see a rainbow, the first thought that came to my mind would be, “Wow, so beautiful!” And the first sentence that would come out of my mouth would be, “Look, a rainbow!” Seeing a rainbow makes me feel so happy, warm and fuzzy all inside. Are you like me too?
When Vera invited me to guest post at her Cupcakes Garden, to be honest, I’m really thrilled and honoured! It’s my first time guest posting, so I thought really hard on what to bake, and I just suddenly thought of rainbows – rainbows make me happy, and I think rainbows would make everyone happy too!
So, I baked Rainbow Cupcakes – and not just normal cupcakes, but buttermilk cupcakes that have a soft and velvety texture (think red velvet cupcakes) with a slight hint of lemon. And to top it off, I used a cream cheese frosting – a rainbow-coloured one! They were so pretty to look at and so yummy to devour too!
I hope these cupcakes made your day!
