Freezer Meals

My definition of freezer meals consists of not just cooked frozen meals, but also pre-marinated meat and sauces. These pre-marinated meat and sauces help cut down cooking time in the kitchen, allowing me to have meals ready in no time. A tip is to thaw the meal, meat or sauce in the fridge the night before so that they are nicely thawed and ready to be used next day evening.
