One-Pot Meals
My favourite kind of one-pot meal consists of carbs, meat and vegetables all in one pot (like my favourite mom's pork porridge). But I do count wholesome dishes that consist of meat and vegetables as one-pot meal as well (like the doenjang jjigae) as all I need is just a bowl of rice to complete my meal.
