Most of the Japanese recipes here were made when I was living overseas due to limited options. Now that I'm back in Singapore, I'm really spoiled as there are many good Japanese restaurants around. But I do love a good Japanese stew or shabu-shabu on cold rainy nights when I am too lazy to go out.
