Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival... food was never absent during these Chinese Festivals as I was growing up. They are my traditions, my roots and my precious memories. I hope that documenting these recipes down will encourage people to give them a try and to appreciate the precious times families gathered together to make these during these Chinese Festivals.
